Come as you are.
Therapy that makes room for all of you.
Location & Format
I support clients throughout Ontario via a secure virtual platform, with in-person sessions available in the Oxford County area upon request. For more information, please reach out using the contact form at the bottom of the page, or send an email to hello@soulsteadtherapy.com
Insurance & Billing
Most plans cover psychotherapy provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs). To keep things simple, I offer direct billing to most providers—no paperwork or waiting for reimbursement required.
The First Step
Finding the right fit matters more than anything else. Let’s start with a free 15-minute consultation to see how it feels to talk together. It’s a chance to share what’s on your mind and see if my style of therapy feels like the right place for you to land.

Individual Therapy
Session Fee $155
I offer individual therapy for people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, parenting stress, big life changes, or just trying to make sense of things, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and figure out what helps. Sessions are paced to support your nervous system, your values, and your real life.

Couples Therapy
Session Fee $175
I work with couples of all genders and relationship structures who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same arguments on repeat. Whether you’re navigating parenting, rebuilding trust, or just trying to feel like a team again, I can help you slow things down, understand what’s really going on, and find your way back to each other-if that’s where you want to go.

ADHD Coaching
Session Fee $155
I work with people who are navigating life with ADHD, whether that means trouble with focus, follow-through, emotional overwhelm, or all of the above. These sessions blend therapy and strategy. We’ll look at the guilt and self-doubt that often come with ADHD, and also build practical tools that work with your brain, not against it.
Therapist Reflections.
Personal reflections, stories, insights, and support for fellow parents, neurodivergent folks, and anyone else trying to make sense of their inner world. I write the way I show up in therapy: with care, curiosity, and a commitment to keeping it real.
